We are now seeking professional Customer Service Administrator to join our prosperous team.
Within a Administration/Customer Service role at Unite Telecoms, you will be:
Managing the delivery of Unite Telecoms products and services to internal and external customers, to include wholesales line rental and calls
Provisioning of fix line, install and transfers of PSTN, ISD2, ISDN30e, data connectivity, ADSL, FTTC and FTTP as well as Inbound and outbound voice products and VoIP telephony.
The first point of contact for the customer post sale and be responsible for managing provisioning with carriers and suppliers and scheduling technical resources for site surveys and onsite installation work where applicable. You will also be responsible for ordering equipment and producing documentation for both the tech team and the customers.
Working towards our service level agreements.
Be the point of contact during the delivery process and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
